Goodbye and Good Riddance 2014: so long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, good bye...

Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Thanksgivukkahmas, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering.

Buh bye, 2014.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

If I could get that on my panties...

I have embroidered sayings on panties before...

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I don't know whether Scola is my Santa or just a man of random awesomeness, but I just got a splendid surprise package - an awesome graphic novel (novella? chapbook? Not quite long enough for a novel proper)-memoir by Derf. I'm squeeing over it and loving it to bits.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I love it when the presents get opened!

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

I don’t know whether Scola is your Santa, but there probably is a bunch of other stuff that won’t arrive until after Christmas.

Compassionately intolerant

Secret Santee, I suck at the intrigue and pre-anticipation thing, but I did mail your package today and I SO hope you enjoy it.

This year, I'm doing a lot of handmade stuff, which I'm liking a lot.

Regardless, Scola is a gem, set in sterling.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

You guys who can wait to open things are perplexing.

Right now, knowing I get to go home and open not just a present, but a present from Laura is helping me get through the work day.

Today's present is a cool shirt/sweater with a beach/water scene that is Christmas decorated with beads and such. Which sounds weird, so maybe I should take a picture

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have embroidered sayings on panties before...

My friendship with Colin was solidified because I was painting boxers for a friend of mine (I never got the 'no platonic underwear' memo) and needed to know what colour the Grinch was (I suck at colour, but am sometimes okay when painting clothes, for some reason). He described it perfectly over the phone, and that was our first contact outside TheatreSports. 25 years ago.

I've also given guys silk underwear platonically.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Squee! Got my Santa package from Santa Suzi, and it's the best! Lots of yummy goodies: cookies, berry honey, caramels, toffee, spiced plum, and mulling spices. And my second tea infuser--the first was an adorable little guy, and this one is a TARDIS. So yay. The kicker? Stockings personalized for our pets. Two frosted biscuits for Kaylee and Newton and four little catnip candy canes for Mia, Seamus, Simon and Wilson. Made of win! Thanks, Santa!

Santee, I have assembled your gift and it is being mailed tomorrow. I hope it will be there before Christmas; if not, it should be there the day after. Hope you enjoy!

I was looking for ugly Christmas sweaters without luck, so that was what happened.

Mmmmmm, Suzi makes super treats. I had goodies from her last year.

Regardless, Scola is a gem, set in sterling.

Indeed.
