Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My parents' church choir went to sing for/with my dad this morning, and it was so great! He was super into it, talked more than I've heard him in forever, and everyone generally had a great time. So nice!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Oh, that's just lovely, Jesse!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

So good, Jesse!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm taking some online classes to improve my coding skills in Python. I can make things! I can make the computer do things! Now I just have to figure out if there's something I want to make it do.

AND I went to the library and the supermarket! And now I can stay inside.

ION, pretty disappointed not to see Lori in this video: [link]

That's great, Jesse (choir/dad, not lack of Lori).

Bacon and sexy bacon makes me laugh.

Hil, have it take over the world. Why not?

It's rainy and windy, but I'm going to walk to the store anyway. I need cream and stuff. And half-price candy. I only had a single piece left. Curse my precision buying.

Oh hey, remember my whining about my toe? It's mostly better! So maybe it was a sprain of some kind afterall. It's a mystery.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

If it hurts again the next time the weather changes, you'll know it's something else.

Well, so far, the biggest thing I've learned how to do is make a really crappy version of IMDB. Now I'm trying to come up with an idea for something to do for the final project for this class. (I didn't pay for the class, so my project won't get graded or feedback or anything, but I want to try it. I'm thinking I might try making a really basic genealogy program, if I can work out how to do it.)

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ah, that's so lovely, Jesse!

Frances is so fabulous to me, I just wish her teacher could see her. He has so given up on her, but she has been plugging away at math for well over an hour today, and acing it, and then going on to review things she thinks she has been weak on historically. And when she talks about her classes, she claims to like math and science. She's just uncertain if her teacher wants her to pass. That last part breaks my heart because if he could see her working... I don't know why he doesn't get her!
