I seen you without your clothes on before. Never thought I'd see you naked.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Bought it. I've been wanting ever since I discovered oh these many months ago that I'd missed out on getting it the first time.

Just like they did with Maria, my cats put on a full show for Karen and carroomed and careened around the house in her presence. And now are passed out.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Had the lamest t&ters nothing original. Like 10 ninjas. A few with just paint on their faces. No kids I knew. Went threw 1.5 bags of candy by handing out multiple pieces. Lame.

So Mac is officially entering 3rd week sans electronics. He would have to make 100 on big ungraded assignments to get his grade to a 70. Those grades might get posted over the weekend. Not holding my breathe for 100s.

Oh msbelle, we just found out Franny didn't turn in a big assignment that she had actually finished. sigh. She just seems hell bent on tanking her grade, so she gets As on the one hand and then forgets to turn in a bunch of other stuff and gets herself a C. I keep telling myself she WILL grow up at some point.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Nobody recognized Dylan as Asterix, but he looked AWESOME - the helmet and belt came out really great, I thought.

So awesome!

Nobody really recognized Matilda as Nausica from The Valley Of the Wind, but JZ did a good job on her costume.

Best costume we saw was a mother daughter team both dressed as Janelle Monae. (Daughter was like 8, so it was super cute.)

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

We had a wonderful pink pirate and a zombie Disney princess, those were my favorites of the night. We had a ton of kids. Way too many to count. Then we shut up the house at 8 and went to a wonderful party at Thessaly and Victor's place where I had too hot ciders with bourbon, making this post much harder to type than it should be.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Oh! Remember Sigfried and Roy and their wee white tiger kid? (That was longer ago than I care to admit. I checked my photos -- though I don't have a photo of Sigfried and Roy, unfortunately -- and it was 2003. INSANE.)

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

We had several ninjas who announced they were ninjas. I told them they needed to work on their stealth.

There were tiny toddlers in furry monster rompers, and a couple of tween vampires who suitably awed by me. I gave them extra candy.
