My uni's "Alternative Spring Break" has been having grilled cheese sales as part of their fundraising campaign. (Alternative Spring Break is run out of my department.)
They use George Foreman grills, white bread, American cheese and you can add bacon, tomatoes and avocado. (I added all three: yum!)
I think that all the student groups should have this fundraiser and should also have their tables in our building for greater convenience to me.

I really need to get my butt to CVS and buy candy. My decorations are all in storage, which is sad making. I like to make a fuss. But this year just bunches of candy bars and I'll sit in the driveway with a discreetly hidden box of wine for the adult companions. That's a thing in my neighborhood too.

msbelle, my water bills come quarterly and I always forget to pay them on time. For some reason my brain keeps telling me I have the whole quarter to pay them. It's usually the final notice that gets me off my butt.

Same here. And I'm a Philistine who uses American cheese. (I like the way it melts, and it tastes like my childhood. If I want fancy grilled cheese I can hit up a food truck.)
I've experimented at home, and fancier cheeses and breads just don't turn out as well as plain old Kraft American cheese on whitebread. Sometimes the basic ingredients are the best.

Y'all my desk is a disaster this week so many papers and old files that had to be pulled out for stuff and whatnot. So of course there is someone here to train with me today - my boss forgot to tell me. End result is I am shifting work around to doing tasks that get the most items off my desk the fastest.
