I learned today that I, along with most NYC employees like me, must complete the civil service exam by the end of 2016, or else.
Was your job not considered civil service before?

I pass out study guides for the civil service exam at the library all the time. As a result, I feel qualified to say that Tom Scola can pass the civil service exam. (I am not qualified to say whether or not he wants to.)
