Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Pumpkin has to wait until next weekend, though.

Sara will be relieved. Temporarily.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I would never carve THAT Pumpkin!

THAT Pumpkin carves you! (Well, not really. She prefers to style hair.)

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Winding down in our room after the con. We're meeting a friend of Gary's(actually, the best man at our wedding) for dinner in a bit.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Where do you get cider donuts around here? I had some up in Vermont and they are amazing.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

These were at the apple picking place in Stow, but I'm pretty sure they have them at Wilson Farm.

She prefers to style hair.

It's her fall-back career.

Anyone here taken apart a Penguin? (I want a lot of points for not describing it as dissection.) Mine seems to have lost the seal so I get some fizzification but also dripping water and probably waste a bunch of CO2. But I haven't gotten to the point I'm ready to take it apart. Not without hive mind or a quick Google. Preferably the kind of Googling that doesn't lead to the govt wondering what the hell I'm doing to flightless water fowl.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

But that's the best kind of Googling!

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That series looks fantastic, Calli.

I'm on book 2, and so far it has everything I like about really good m/m fanfic, with interesting characters in a Miskatonic wrapper.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Preferably the kind of Googling that doesn't lead to the govt wondering what the hell I'm doing to flightless water fowl.
