Final tally - 24 ginger spice cupcakes with cinnamon cream cheese frosting, sprinkled with chopped crystallized ginger, 12 yellow cupcakes decorated like cookie monster with blue butter cream icing, eyes, and a cookie, 6 yellow cupcakes decorated with blue flowers, 6 yellow cupcakes decorated with a basket-weave pattern (had too much blue left over after cookie monster), and a 3 layer, 6" strawberry cake with chocolate butter cream icing and fresh strawberry filling topped with three strawberries.
Exhausted. We meet at the venue at 10 to start set-up and the event starts at 5:30.
