Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's right. From now on, they're going to use a calendar.

AMAZING!

I have to confess, my organization has an event this Friday night, scheduled last-minute, in conjunction with other organizations.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I am trying to work out how to justify going to the Art Wine and Chocolate Festival on Saturday rather than fasting. It'll probably just be something I will have to remember to be sorry about next year when the High Holidays look more convenient for me.

ETA in fact, I can put that on my calendar. Thanks for the tip, University of Georgia!

Supersadface here: I am actually home ALL WEEK, so last night I went to the grocery store and bought a bunch of stuff, and made a huge (8X11) pan of breakfast strata....and this morning heated up the first piece...and it was AWFUL. I have no idea what went wrong with it (different bread would've been better, but I don't think would've completely fixed it, there were also some spice issues). Total waste of a whole bunch of asparagus and a dozen eggs! :(

Also I had creepy nightmares last night that were so realistic (in part of them I was in my bedroom, in bed, and woken up by awful things) that I had to get up and surf the internet for about 15 minutes before I could go back to sleep. And now I have a headache and am hoping the tylenol and coffee will make that go away. BOO today, I say!!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Total waste of a whole bunch of asparagus and a dozen eggs! :

That sucks! So disappointing.

Yeah. I'm thinking I will have to find a different recipe, scrap the current stuff into the compost, and go buy more eggs and maybe some frozen asparagus this time (the fresh stuff is too expensive, but I was lured by lovely produce!) I still have milk and cheese and turkey bacon I can use, so just need eggs and bread and veg.

Always Anti-fascist!

Nilly, I too wish you could be here, more. But I always like your New Year's message. Strix, like I said, she's a pro, and I've been mindfucked by the best. Hope that moment of victory is worth leaving a snail's trail in your relationship, M.'s mother.

What's the difference between strata and quiche?

brenda m - Oct 01, 2014 7:13:21 am PDT #7404 of 30000
If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

That's right. From now on, they're going to use a calendar.

Genius!

What's the difference between strata and quiche?

Quiche = crust, round

Strata = chunks of bread mixed in, rectangle

Oh no! That is such a shame. And asparagus and eggs pair so well, usually. Sadface indeed.

If raccoons raid your compost, they will probably be happy.
