A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Amy, yeah. We'll see what happens later tonight. Good thing I have a very relaxing yoga class at 8; I think I'll need it. And a glass of wine.

ita, the MJ suggestion is a good one, but my god, I feel so badly for you, and I wish I had superpowers, like healing powers or at least teleportation so I could blink over and help you.

I hope in the hours since you've found some healthy respite, ita.

I dislike having meetings run by people in the late afternoon who don't know how to keep it on focus or end it. I just wanted to go home...

I have that for travel now that I'm a French press pot woman. Used to be my main coffee maker when I was a one cup, not 3. Ish.

So this weekend I had cleared off and decluttered my coffee table. I've now bruised/scraped both knees on its corners. Maybe I needed the clutter to notice its spacial location...

not your mom's socks.

I've just read 285 posts.

Ita, I'm sending you all the good "make shit work out" vibes I can. Brenda, how's your dad's foot?

We have an aeropress that we love, but we dream about espresso fairly often.

I have absolutely zero love for a certain recruiter who practices bait-and-switch tactics on busy biochemists. Zero.

Foo. Didn't get one of the jobs I had some hopes for.

Watching last night's Sleepy Hollow and eating leftover TJ's sushi.
