Oh, no, Burrell! Like you need that.
Perhaps I should disclaim that I do not know anything about Din Tai Fung per se, but I am so very pro dumpling in general that I feel comfortable endorsing just about any plan that includes eating more dumplings.
Oh jeez, Burrell! Here's hoping things worked like they are supposed to.
I'm sorry, Dana. I hope your MIL's surgery goes as well as possible.
I dropped by a nearby drugstore today and got my flu shot. Partly to avoid the flu, partly to contribute to herd immunity, but mostly so I can feel as good as possible about giving antivaxxers the side-eye.
I also patched an 18" x 8" hole in the side of my recliner with a bit of fabric, thread, and a funky, curved upholstery needle. And I made butternut squash-ginger soup with squash and ginger from my CSA. So, for someone not currently employed I had a fairly productive day.
Yeah, I'm really hoping they can get the files off the old machine, and fix it so my stuff is actually getting saved to the big ol' server like it's supposed to. Funny thing is my machine was acting like it was saving the mirror files onto the server in that everything slowed down to molasses when I tried to save a file. OF course maybe that was just the first sign that my hard drive was dying.... that's not a good path to go down, is it?
Yikes, Burrell! I hope they can recover everything.
And thanks, -t!
My work has free on site flu shots next Thursday, which I am signed up for, but still every time I see there are flu shots available at Safeway or wherever I think, "maybe I should get one now, just in case." In case of what I don't know.
If I got tetanus shots yesterday ad felt faint today and broke up a glass anbd shredded my hands I don't need to go bck to the ER do I?
Ny thather fell too he's in the ER. Cognitive malfucntions.
Shredded hands may need professional attention so that are protected while they heal, heal quickly, and heal well.
