I'm watching Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and I'm just boggled at "physics? What physics?" Lift the island of Manhattan out of the harbor, no gigantic whirlpool. Put the island back, no massive wave. Humungous craters all over New York? Fastest damned reconstruction crews in the verse!

And what is with the ratings on cartoons? This is rated Y7. Are seven-year-olds as a group generally considered the acceptable market for this kind of stuff?
