Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

That is weird, Sue. Maybe you got flagged somehow? That happened to me once on an international flight and they rechecked EVERYTHING a gazillion times, pulled me from the line twice, and only stopped when I protested in frustration as they were about to open up my camera and destroy the exposed film. (This was back in the days before digital cameras needless to say.)

It was never a hassle like that until today, but they always took my passport and would be checking something on the computer...If I'm being paranoid it's because I tweeted about how weird it was not having to go through immigration when travelling from Ireland to England when the last time I was in Heathrow, they made me go through immigration to change terminals.

I do have a brand new passport...maybe there's an error somewhere? I really probably just entered the numbers wrong.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday Lee!

Oh and I, who never notice celebrities saw Sue Perkins, Ruth Negga and Dominic Cooper (who maybe the wee-est couple ever) at Kate Bush. And then I saw King Joffrey in Dublin. Who I never would have recognized if people weren't getting their picture taken with him.

How life has changed. For me Seven Minutes in Heaven would be if no one called in these last 7 minutes before my shift ends.

Then I had to go through security again and the agent took my sealed in a duty free bag bottle of whiskey, opened it up, opened the tube it was in and swabbed the bottle.

For a minute I thought you meant they opened the whiskey, and was shocked.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Happy birthday, Lee!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMG, this week is killing my semi-introvert self. Staying with my mother, and even though she's been out of town the past couple of nights, last night I had dinner with the people staying in my apartment and then drinks with a friend in town for work, then tonight was my support group. All good things! But I just had one hour to sit alone and watch a TV show I picked, for the first time since Sunday. Thank goodness she won't be home until 8 or something tomorrow and I can come straight home from work.

Happy birthday, Lee. I hope your day was spent with some joy.

I spent the last 30 minutes looking up hot flashes. It's been a 100+ degrees for many days. Yesterday and today, I have felt feverish around 2:00 ish. I could be getting sick, but then I thought it might be hot flashes. But, the temperature rise while significant is too small to be detected by a regular thermometer and the fact that I was 101 when I got home seems to indicate fever rather than hotflash.
