Aww. Ginger. That sort of made me teary, too.
In other news I HATE MICROSOFT PUBLISHER!!! I hate it when people lay their stuff out in it and I have to make it pretty. Just tell me what you want and I will do it! Also, USE STYLES people!!!! Or possibly, use the university approved fonts so I do not have to change them textbox by text box
Ginger is wise.
Tep, I am so torn between reading every minute that I can because I am dying to know what happens next and just not picking the damn book up because I know it is going to rip my heart out. And eventually it will be over and I don't want that.
Also, took me a minute to parse UPS as not being part of the UP conversation...
And eventually it will be over and I don't want that.
That, too. I mean it's a lot of books, so I shouldn't be greedy, but...I am.
(Last Stand of Dead Men is the only SP book that I haven't re-read. I just give it the stinkeye when I see it on the shelf. I'll re-read it eventually, just...not for a while. And it's not that it wasn't good; far from it. That fucking book.)
I think I'm going to have to tank a build schedule in a meeting in 10. I'm sorry, if you cannot configure the test system so that I can acceptance test, I'm not letting you configure ops.
I know what you mean. ETA: that was to Tep. I do not really know what sarameg means, although it sounds reasonable.
There is a page in the back announcing that Derek Landry will be starting a new series in 2015. So there's that.
I really do need to write Derek Landy and tell him we used dialogue from Dark Days in our wedding vows.
our next-door neighbors get a UPS delivery almost every week day
Sketchy 'business' aside, I'm just marveling that people can get UPS to deliver a package at all, let alone one every weekday.
UPS is, for some reason, the reliable delivery service in our neck of the woods. USPS is from hell.
I get a UPS delivery every couple days. Because I shop online a lot. Now I wonder what my neighbors think. Nah, I don't care what they think.
Not reading Buffistas will be especially hard. But if I open up the computer to do anything, I will soon be all over FB and Tumblr and it will be five hours later when I surface. Cold turkey is the only way.

I am that neighbor. But I'm home all day! I notice things! (There's nothing else TO notice, really, other than delivery vehicles.)

Are you off work next week?
