"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Wisdom teeth, is that like Odin's deal for his eye?

I don't know, I feel that the only wisdom I obtained for mine was knowing I should have told them to use some extra knockout gas so I wouldn't wake up mid-procedure.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I think I need to take a Facebook break, because I just get super irritated at more than half of the posts (interestingly, all of the posts that I get irritated at are non-Buffista posts, so yay you guys).

The "fat people shouldn't get Blizzards at DQ" lady just posted "I am SO SICK of all the selfies people post. I want to see meaningful pictures, like your kids! Where are the back-to-school pictures?" (Someone replied to ask if she was being sarcastic, since it seems like FB is full of pictures of people's kids, but Blizzard lady replied "I am totally serious. I want to see your kids, not you!") So I replied "Ooops, I forgot to have kids. Guess I can't post the proper photos. Major bummer."

I am perhaps just being a crankypants today. But most of what this woman posts irritates the fuck out of me. I think hiding her posts would do wonders for my mood.

Yeah, fuck her. She's an asshole.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Yes, hide her.

Yeah, fuck her. She's an asshole.

Also a rabid anti-vaxxer. (Yeah, why haven't I hidden her posts before now? Get on that, Lang.)

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Banninate her!

brillig

Oh, I hide people left right and center, though mostly the idiotic sources of their idiotic re-posts. Though it has been useful to find the stuff they consider amusing. Very informative, and reassuring for my decision not to make them a larger part of my 3D life.

This is 100% true. Social media is useful for weeding out the people who I give a wide berth to.

Hiding does wonders. If you can't unfriend, then hide her... I've also sort of changed how I am participating in facebook -- less random liking and more actually writing to someone.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, hiding people is the best. Although that one, I would unfriend.
