MY new boyfriend is Mike Rugnetta of the PBS Idea Channel! Did everyone know about this guy already? I'm obsessed!

I do not! Should check him out next.
Having my crockpot cook my dinner for me while I'm at work is not really a huge time saver, but walking in the door to discover the house smells deliciously of Hawaiian short ribs is pretty great.
Ok, Jesse, I have something like 5 hours of Going Deep on my DVR.
Sent out a notice to all staff about something I was going to do tomorrow, any questions, ask me. Got questions, lots of them, answered them, but got pissed off that they were basically questioning my judgment and whether I'd considered all the angles (on a routine but not often task). In the end, while waiting for the nervous nellies to give the all clear on me going my task, I finally get the ED, the instigator of the nervous nellies, to say he'll defer to my judgment.
Dude, lead with that. I know what I'm doing, and that is far more than you do. I've done this same task over the past five years. I'm being transparent by letting you know what I'm about to do, not actually looking for an oversight committee.
And yet, I feel belatedly like an ass for getting aggravated over the interrogations because I specifically ask At every announcement of my task if there are any questions. God, I need Prozac.
PBS Idea Channel is amazing! It seems like everything I've ever thought was cool, this guy has done an episode on it already. And he can pack a lot into five-seven minutes (plus letter-reading).

I watched the ice cube Going Deep last night. I liked it!

Totally cool! I must go share the BMO piece with everybody in the world.
Ok, so this week's Hotel Hell is in the town my grand parents retired to near the farm and where my cousin and cousin-in-law live and these owners are out of towners and it is SMALL TOWN MN and I can't see this ending well after tonight.
It's more painful than the one in my hometown. At least that owner was semi local...
I'm eating blueberries with lemon curd. A++ would recommend.
Mmm I love lemon curd.
David, once you fall down the rabbit hole of the PBS Idea Channel, it's hard to come back out.
My upstairs neighbor's new live-in bf is into loud, thumpy, late-night video gaming. So now I'm into sleeping with earplugs. And also sleeping through my alarm, if this morning was any indication.
