I was going to get up this morning and go run. But then my alarm went off and I reset it twice and then just turned it off, and I still woke up feeling like crap. Is this what getting old is like? I'm not a fan.

Oh, good. I was intrigued by the ads for Going Deep but the first one was about ice cubes and that was not particularly interesting to me so I didn't go out of my way to see it and then I forgot about it. Looks like there's a marathon on Monday.

The presenter for Going Deep is a standup comedian, so there's a certain amount of wit, but a lot of science, too. It should give you an idea what it's like that he made ice, and how it's formed, much more interesting than you would have expected, by going out and talking to ice scientists and ice sculptors and whatnot.
