I am more thrown by Robin Williams this morning than I was last night. I think I need to stop reading tweets, because Josh Charles tweeting "Standing on my desk for you, always" made me cry on the bus. And then this whole thing it St. Louis, which seems unspeakably horrible.

Thanks for all the ma. My dad is out of surgery and the Dr. Is pleased with how is went. I'm hoping the anasthetic won't make him too confused. I haven't seen him post op...I'm home to sleep b/c I have the overnight shift of sitting w. my dad.
PS- if I'm ever I the hospital, let my family know I don't need a 24 hour a day vigil. God lord they are intense.
