How do you satisfactorily reheat pancakes? I always have a problem with too many, but they dry out.
And, damn, I want to be at the DMV early tomorrow, but it's also time for me to make a new batch of porridge. I could make it tonight, but then I'd miss having the one fresh bowl, which is the tastiest.
Ah, well. I'll have stupid cookies for breakfast, and maybe I can work out some way to not have many.
They aren't exactly pancakes. It's pancake batter baked in a 9x13 pan and cut into rectangles because that's loads easier than all that pouring and flipping. They seem to reheat okay. Possibly having a whole stick of butter in the batter helps with that. Possibly I am just not very particular.

Heh. I'd say you're in good company.
Yes ita, let's do it!
I've never had much luck with reheated pancakes but it turns out extra waffles can be baked and frozen and then just plopped in the toaster when you want to eat them. Makes it kinda worth the effort it takes to make them in the first place.
And speaking of breakfast food, TJs finally has cashew butter again. It's not the same texture, kinda thinner and oilier than I'd like, but I've been missing the flavor of cashew butter so I'm happy.
For the record, ita, you are welcome to drink sangria at our house too.
OMG. Was supposed to be on a plane tonight. Wasn't. Not am I at the hotel I'm supposed to be at or in the rental car I was supposed to have. Aaaaaaagh. Have fixed but this is goin to be drama.
Moons as well as many other things should come with pronunciation guides.
Eye oh? Ee oh? Ee eye ee eye oh.
And if you didn't follow ita's link, that makes no sense.
Moons of the Mispronounced.
What happened, meara?
ETA: I can attest to the frozen waffle in the toaster technique working well. I guess we can thank Eggo for pioneering that?
My takeaway is that it could've been worse, it could've been capitalised and then pronounced L-ta Moon.
