I know, right? But Jynx now just means adorable little girl, so I expect Xyla will quickly do the same.
Oh, here's my favorite current name story: My cousin's baby is half Haitian, and her name is Solange. Apparently many, MANY Haitian women have told her how ugly that name is and how she should check with them next time. ("Such an ugly name for such a pretty girl!") I guess it's like the Hortense or whatever of Haiti -- not just an old lady name, but an unattractive old lady name!
