Motley Crue put on a good show, and had LOTS OF FIRE EFFECTS. Nikki Sixx had a bass that was also a flamethrower. I WANT ONE.

Well karate sucked today. I haven't been to group class in a while for a multitude of reasons, but got there today. We were going through our defensive techniques and I kept getting dizzy. I'd take a moment, get the room to stop spinning and then jump back in, only to repeat the process. When we moved on to working with eachother, she pulled me aside to work with one of the other sensei's so I could go slower, but I fell apart and ended up with a full on crying meltdown in the back of the dojo. Embarassing as hell. I did jump back in eventually, going very slow and analyzing stuff, so I still learned things - but didn't get much cardio in.
If this is a side effect of moving to the gabapentin, I'm going to be pissed.

Highs for the next few days are predicted to be in the high 80s, though the thunderstorms will make it muggy. Later, highs will be in the low 90s, as opposed to the high 90s. Dare I think, the worst of the heat is past? It will still be wretchedly hot, but 91 is better than 99.

Just had a major thunderstorm pass directly overhead. I heard thunder from both sides of our apartment. And the space between lightening and thunder was scary short. It seems to have passed by now.

I'd be really interested to hear about the BA test. We're having a hard time finding good people for BA positions now. I can't figure out how you'd test someone for good BA skills.
I don't even know what happened. It was awful. No way I got the job. I'm avoiding my recruiters.

I was already behind the idea, but this would be the absolute best plan.
A yard requires a lawn crew. It is too hot most of the year for me to deal with it and the daily heat and rain mean mowing every week and the happiest weeds ever.
