you never know what kind of craziness you'll run across.
I was there in 1999, when I was on a business trip to the Huntington Museum (glorious place). I remember the drum circle with the legless dwarf dancing in the middle of them. I look forward to the new weird.

I tried working, but it was both difficult and boring.

Trying to pick out music was stressing me out so I am back to working.

Work is super-slow right now (a nice change), and Pete is away at a M:tG event for a week. So far today I've had some tea, Greek yogurt and honey, a chocolate chip cookie, and am currently drinking delicious SUPER STRONG coffee.
Lunch is probably going to be guac and chips. I AM TOTALLY AN ADULT CAPABLE OF LOOKING AFTER MYSELF.

Our biggest client is switching all the servers we work with to new ones.
Wish me smooth server transition~ma so I don't have to work late....

Good for you, Connie.
I wish the powerpoint I just edited had fewer pictures of wounds and crazy infected holes in the skin on people's butts.
Very sensible, Sophia. Also kind of hilarious.

Ewww Sophia. That sounds gross.
I also call it the DMV even though I've lived in Maryland (MVA) and Washington (DoL). Things I do NOT call the DMV: the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. That nonsense started after I left town.
Am feeling overwhelmed by work. So instead I am taking a break for lunch dammit.

Dammit, I want to go to the beach now, not wait eight months. Stupid linear time.
