Much ~ma for a quick recovery for your FiL, Burrell.
No shootings up here in the Adirondacks, but escaped convicts are around somewhere. They have asked residents to not leave their keys in the car and to lock their houses. Neither of which normally happens. My sister leaves her keys and her purse in the car all the time. I don't do that. Not locking the house though. It seems very unlikely the dudes are coming this way.
May everyone's Wednesday be peaceful and pleasant.
Yikes, Burrell. I'm glad your father-in-law is getting good medical care.
I heard about those guys, Laura. Sounds like quite a story that we don't know the half of.
I woke up at 7 when my alarm went off. I still feel a little terrible due to lack of sleep over the last few days, but I don't want to burn the world down. Yet.
I have a video interview via computer in 2 minutes. My super-friendly cat is all over me. At least it's librarian-stereotypical? Attempting to distract him with a glass of water on the floor.
I woke up at 4, fell back to sleep at some point, and then woke up again 6:30ish when TCG got up for work.
I'll have to make do with chicken eggs and goose eggs like a chump.
You'll eat scrambled chump and you'll like it!
You're not the boss of me!
But you are correct. I will.
Actually, I'm thinking goose egg souffle tonight. There will be duck eggs again someday.
Meanwhile - I need to find out who has the "I aim to misbehave" bumper sticker on their car and if they know what it's from.
