Oh no! That's why my rabbit cannot roam around the house, I know they like to chew on cords, but I've never had a cat do it.
The coffees, by the way, are pretty much identical. I might prefer the cold brew a little.
ETA to be thorough I should probably repeat the comparison with cold brew that has been in the fridge for a week or two vs fresh ground beans
I'm trying not to hate everything this morning but I don't think I'm succeeding at it.
I've lost my house keys, so there's that.
Ants, cat barf, uncooperative hair and now in the middle of 'security breach or software malfunction?'
It's monday.
And after hours of searching, that is all it took for my sister to find them. Buffistas!

Love that.
My boss is out and I hit a deadline yesterday, and it's raining, so I am half-assing my way through the day, which is fairly pleasant. Taking care of some little things, doing some filing, etc.
My anti-vaxxer FB friend just posted that bullshit "France doesn't have ADHD" article, so I had to refute that at length. With citations to peer-reviewed proof to the contrary. That shit fills me with so much raaaaaaaaaage I can't even see straight.
Get your rant on, Steph.
It has been a Monday in my corner of the world. I just want to shut everything down and crawl back in bed and SLEEEEEEP.
My company is putting in a 24-hour security guard on our building (they call it a campus, I suppose that's technically true, but for some reason applying "campus" to a business installation irks me, please don't explain it, I'm practicing my female curmudgeonness). Anyway, I like the idea of someone wandering around at night, as I leave at 10:30 PM Sunday nights, and I've lost my ability to be sanguine about walking through shadowy, empty building corridors and lobbies. Heck, I'm happier out in the parking lot, where the lights are and I can see in all directions.
