I spent the day in my pj's top (a tshirt) and the skirt I wore yesterday, so I join the hobo brigade. It was all going so well until my neighbor decided to start tree drama at 8am and the credit card hijinks and then I found a tick crawling on my arm and ... yeah. 1/2 pjs Tino tick day.
We have a lot of little downtown festival thingies in the summer here and not a lot of shade. Parasols are the best.
Sorry about the lack of pjs, Dana, and the annoying Comcasty cause of that.
Am on the second person in this support chat. After about 20 minutes, the best response they've been able to come up with to "Why did no one show up between 8 and 8?" is "You need to call to reschedule the appointment."

I thought about going dancing tonight but decided I was not up for it. Mostly because I didn't have food in the house, so first I was going to have to go buy dinner, and then eat it, and THEN go dancing...and I figured it was better if I just focused on the "dinner" part.
Anne, didn't you do the "New Rules of Weightlifting" book, a while back? Thoughts on that? Did you follow the diet also, or just the workouts? Did you like the results? I just signed up to get a "bodpod" measurement (it tells you body composition %s as well as resting metabolic rate) and was thinking I might try to start doing more weights type stuff as well as the running (since running doesn't do much for my arms or core).
