I've been thinking about this long enough that I am pretty sure I'm not jumping in blind and that relocation wouldn't be too traumatic, but it really would be good to spend some time with both teams in person.
Yeah, that would be great.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

shrift, I feel your pain. I waffled on accepting my new position over a weekend just because I wasn't sure how much leaving my current boss was affecting that decision and if it was really as bad as I had it set in my mind. Then, I decided that in the long run it didn't matter, because the new job could open doors the old one couldn't.
I'm wearing this today.
Very cute! I dressed this morning for an appointment, but am now in slacks and a camisole at my desk. The slacks may go soon.

CUTE.

I hear you. It's difficult to have perspective when a new job looks like it will take you and raise you from perdition.
Cereal:
I'm wearing jeans and a dancing baby Groot T-shirt. In my defense, I work where I work and I'm also leaving in a minute to go to an afternoon Cubs game with coworkers.
Ooh, pretty, Sail!
I really need to delete my eShakti bookmark and unsubscribe, I keep buying stuff. But I had a $50 gift card from a returned shirt, so I took the opportunity.
I have an eShakti dress open in another tab because I have a Groupon to spend.
My problem is when I go to eShakti I want ALL the dresses. Like, literally I have about 40 dresses on my wishlist on Amazon. Which is ridiculous.
I'm wearing yoga pants and the t-shirt I slept in, the standard outfit for the feral hobo WFH editor.
Also the standard outfit for the feral WFH government sales manager.

Completely. My current job did that for me, and although the shiny has long worn off, I'm still happier here than I was at my previous place of employment. My job unhappiness is more of the "I don't think this is what I want to be doing anymore, and I have no idea how to change that or even what I want to do instead," type. This being an adult crap is for the birds.
