Much ~ma to you, brenda, and to your brother. And puppy~ma to Pix and Drew.
We spent the morning sorting out the car stuff, which meant figuring out what we need to do to turn the Malibu into a reasonable facsimile of a primary car, and deciding to bring home the van and await for either a used transmission to show up or trade it in for a reliable vehicle. Buying a new car will move up on the to-do list, but knowing us it will take a month or so. Please God not six.
I told him either he was coming to us or I'm coming to him for his birthday. ("Um, okay. Can I have an hour to decide?")
Go you, Brenda. Hugs and support, I'm sure it will be tough even if he's just feeling down, and not as bad as his wife thinks.
And good luck to the puppy, Pix!
We are at the rescue's vet clinic now. She may have pneumonia. Not a good sign.
Puppy does have pnemonia and is staying at the vet at least tonight. She tested positive for distemper, but the test indicated that it was low enough that it could be residue from her first vaccination. We will know more tomorrow.
Poor puppy.
ION, the Lazy, Stupid, and Godless group over on Ravelry is a source of much joy.
Oh, I hope she pulls through, Pix.
Build schedule has completely imploded. No idea what is gonna happen now.
Oh, poor noodle.
I'm studying up on business analysis for a phone screen at 3:30. They gave me two pages of job description and interview information, and this would just be #1--the second one there would be a test.
Good luck, ita!
Poor puppy.
Oh, jeez, my nephew is on Linked In. I do not know how to react to that.
I'm having a hard time with it.
Timelies all!
Healing~ma to your puppy, Pix.
