Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's literally mostly just dirt now, and I think it's too big for all mulch, so maybe I'll move some lilies AND get some grass seed. I don't like being the worst yard on the street! There's some other groundcover type stuff in the back that bloomed blue already, so maybe I'll take some of that as well.

Oh, I forgot to report that I finally asked my one coworker about the coffee cup that he was using to hold his scissors and which looked just like the one I used to drink coffee out if before it disappeared. Turns out, his orange cup disappeared so he grabbed one he thought was a spare off the drying shelf in the kitchen. So I got my cup back and am on the lookout for his...

According to what I found the last time I looked it up, mint will repel rodents for a little while, but eventually they get used to it.
