Dublin was my least favorite part of my trip to Ireland, but it may have just been the location of our hotel.

I vote for Dublin because how often do you get the chance??
Well, it's one of our hub offices, so chances actually are not infrequent.
And I'm sure there's Dublin-Chicago flights--it's gotta be only a couple hours more th a flying from San Francisco surely?
Nonstop Dublin-Chicago is 7 hours 40 minutes. My family doesn't live in Chicago, though. The shortest flight Dublin-Michigan I've seen is about 11 hours.
SFO-Chicago is about 4-5 hours. SFO-Michigan is about 7 hours.
Though I think it's super expensive to live in Dublin?
The cost of living calculators are putting it close to Chicago, although who knows if they're accurate.
I'm hitting the usual point in spring where my reawakened ambitions collide with shit that has to get done and I end up paralyzed and feeling crappy about adulting. Awesome.
Wow, Dublin. I have to say, I think Dublin would be way cooler. There are fans in Dublin, yes? I'm sure of it.
IOjobN, I made the short list of approved applicants from which My Employer will pick people to fill three positions.
Sadly, the position I really want is not working for my current boss, and he's already said that he gets first pick. Since he told this to me, I assume that this means he will pick me, and I get to keep working for him for at least three more years (until he retires I hope).
Mind, this is the guy who, when I last went through this process, passed me over for a guy 15 years younger than me. So I'm not counting any chickens until they are pecking at the corn in my bank account...
Good luck, Consuela.
That may be more of a barometer on how I feel about my job than how I feel about Warsaw, though.
I mean, I also asked about a position in Zurich a while back, so I know that feeling.
I am glad there is hockey tonight to distract me from my paralyzing indecision.
Good luck, Consuela.
Shrift, much decision making to you . Good kinds of luck, Consuela.
I'm low on spoons, suck at interacting. I wish Karen wasn't living in NC and she could just come over and oh honey me. She was good at that. It's just duck nibbles, but I'm tired.
I was kind of proud of myself for not stopping and getting Mexican food on the way home, until I got home and realized what my food choices were, so now there is pizza coming.
Good luck, Consuela!
I feel pretty good today, physically, which makes a nice change, but I just don't wanna do anything that I should be doing. Adulting is not my strong suit at the moment.
It's the spring reckoning?
