My company sent out a semi-glossy, full-color, multi-page booklet talking about everything the corporation does for social responsibility. It looks like it's been sent out to the several thousand people who work under the entire parent organization.
I put mine in my recycling bin.

Fortunately, printing is a lot cheaper than it used to be.
Seriously, -t? After an hour I would be all up in their biz every few minutes until they did it. That's ridiculous.
Sad about the stuff I'm hearing about baltimore. Sad for the things that made it happen. Ugh.
But in happy news, had dinner with Erin!
Anyone want to call me early tomorrow morning to make sure my ass is up in Central time, when I know I'll want to be hitting snooze until it's way too late? I hate traveling out of my time zone. :(
How early? I'm in the Mountain time zone.
Probably I just don't understand how the system works. I finally stood in line again at the check-in counter to ask how much longer the wait would be and they told me it was ready, so maybe if I had done that earlier I could have been done much sooner? But all the lines were always long so I didn't want to stand in line just to be told I needed to wait to be called, it'll be another hour, y'know? And I kept hearing other names getting called for some reason or other, and names appeared on the screen that I *thought* meant "your prescription is ready", just not ever mine.
But have drugs and am home and came up with something to eat for dinner.
We heard from the co-worker who is in Nepal. She and her family are fine. They were far enough away from the epicenter of the quake not to be in any jeopardy, but they said they felt it.
Oh that's so good Anne!!
Connie (or anyone else), 615-630 central? Which will feel like 4am to me, but needs to happen. If you or anyone else is feeling inspired/evil/peppy, feel free to text or call (number redacted as I am awake! Ish. )and remind me I should be awake. ;)
Oh, gosh, that's 5:15 for me, I will hopefully be asleep. Perhaps someone to the east of you will oblige.
I should know better than to read comments on the articles about Baltimore. (I never really lived there to think of it as "my city," but I spent a decent amount of time there while I was living in DC -- one summer working at Johns Hopkins, a couple times I went there to see a baseball game or a concert or something, and then one semester where a friend and I went up about once a week for trapeze lessons, before my physical therapist told me to stop.)
