I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I had pizza at a training yesterday and there was so much there that I took some home for our dinner last night, because FREE! It gave me such gas and bloating and ugh. 4 slices over 2 meals is all and still. Too much bread is my guess.

Mmm, pizza.

I have been on a crazy diet for many months now (though I stopped while on vacation with Brenda, and have been cheating a fair bit lately, though nothing too crazy). I'm down over 25 pounds, but lately not so much. Though I'm afraid if I quit it will all pile back on, and I would really like to lose about 10 more...but I've found its way easier to run without the extra 35 pounds, so hoping that will help. And hoping I haven't wrecked my metabolism.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Wow, that's a lot, meara!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm definitely in a gloomy state of mind just now. Even watching a less-than-licitly-acquired Game of Thrones premiere episode didn't cheer me up. At least my 3 day headache has eased off....

I am currently eating a cold baked potato with my hand, like an apple. Then I will eat a spinach salad with tomato and a whole avocado. That's dinner. But I did eat about 5 oreos and a cupcake people brought to work this afternoon, so I do not win at healthy.

Because books.

Are we listing foods that make it hard to claim we're eating healthy?

Every single thing at the bakery.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I am currently eating a cold baked potato with my hand, like an apple.

Mmmm. That is seriously one of my favorite snacks/meals.

Potatoes are another food I don't buy anymore. Only sweet potatoes.

I just need to cook more, eat out less.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Potatoes and sweet potatoes both count as the same carb choice on the GD diet I'm on, so I don't really feel then need not to have potatoes. Same for white and brown rice.
