I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Don't tell Jesse, but I am going to bed without watching Face Off. Too tired. Sometimes it is good to be on the West Coast.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Did anyone else watch the Avengers cast on Jimmy Kimmel tonight?

I recorded it and will watch it later. I had it on mute while I talked to my BFF. It looked fun.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

sarameg, I think I understood about a third of what you said. But I understood enough to get that you and your coworkers have completed an enormous project, successfully... possibly even smashingly. Congratulations, and may celebration overtake letdown.

I would get hangry and hurt someone if I had to fast until dinner!

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I did get all spun up because the report I reviewed this week used a word I didn't like and I got overruled by the PM on getting rid of it, but I just kept saying, "I HATE IT," and that didn't go over well.

OK, I really need to read my book for book club this week. It's long and I've been lazy...

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

My SIL is doing this twice per week, because she's got a lot of cancer in her family and body fat is linked to that cancer.

My cancer fear is why I've been toying with trying it, but I keep backing off because 1) seems hard, and 2) I don't want to lose weight. I know they actually advice eating 600-700 calories when fasting, but still... that's not much.

Found my missing coffee grinder lid, woohoo!

Fasting twice a week sounds really hard. If I get less than about 1000 calories in a day my brain stops working.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I basically have never missed a meal in my life, and am often lightheaded and hangry in between breakfast and lunch! Fasting I think is not for me, although I sort of wonder about strategic deployment of small amounts of food throughout the day.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I basically have never missed a meal in my life, and am often lightheaded and hangry in between breakfast and lunch! Fasting I think is not for me, although I sort of wonder about strategic deployment of small amounts of food throughout the day.

I've been having to eat 6 times a day on my Gestational Diabetes diet, and I have maybe felt hungry once or twice in the past several weeks.
