That sounds like the right move.
Totes. The medication started wearing off while I was watching an episode of Jane the Virgin, so I went ahead and requested the sick time, blocked off my calendar, and set my out of office message.
Congrats on finishing your taxes, Steph. And Dana, congrats on finally convincing your husband to agree to hire an accountant to do your taxes.
Other things happening on April 15th: I'm starting a statistics class and the Blackhawks play their first playoffs game.
I am so bad about taking time off from work when I'm sick. Because it's so easy to just load up on cold meds and power through the day and crash later.
Stats: the only class getting my M.Ed that was actually challenging, and I fucking hated it. But I got a B+.
Of course, girls can math. I'm sure it made me a better person or something. But I hated every damn second of that intense summer grad level course.
Oh, god, Stats. That course made people change majors in my school. I never understood what we were doing to the numbers, but with rounding up, I got an A. (And I gloated to my then boyfriend about it, too, cause he'd been flaunting his A as well).
I think I need another day to recover from my weekend.
Also, I need another 6 or 7 bags of mulch, because 14 wasn't enough, but that is an issue for next weekend.
Also, is anyone else watching Bloodline? I really like it, but family, man, they can fuck you up.
Speaking of Netflix. how about the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt?
Between those two and Orange is the New Black, I am really liking their original programming.
Lee, UKS was HILARIOUS. Thank you; I now have the theme song in my head.
D watched it first, then bugged me into watching it. It was fantastic!
I think I stuck both of those into My List to watch at some point, but I haven't started either yet.
- Girls* can math, but not really me so much.
Not that this is all a sweet scam to get out of taxes...I could get an accountant if I become, like, Rowling, 2.0.
I had a lovely, relaxing weekend. I hope it was enough to get me through the next 6-7 weeks of ridiculousness I'm anticipating.
The second time I shot a whole roll and then advanced the film too far and pulled it all the way out of the spool.
If you haven't removed the roll yet it might be not be ruined as long as the camera is opened in a darkroom.
