Inauspicious that we are an hour past our install start time and no messages. In an odd turn of events, I have nothing to do except monitor in case I need to be backup. Which is FINE by me, I don't want to work the weekend.

Absolutely! I'm pretty sure I read on the internet (convenient how I don't have to say '"I read somewhere " anymore since everywhere is on the internet now) how drinking a glass of wine was just like working out, and also that any alcohol gives you the same benefits as wine, so you just doubled your workout's effectiveness. QED

Pumpkin is mesmerized by video on the mini. In fact, she can tell when the audio is coming from it and not radio or TV and will come running to watch over my shoulder.

The godchild was collected and taken to a sleepover with friends. Her mum is (probably) done with gallbladder surgery, but staying at the hospital overnight.
