I, OTOH, just won at CVS. My coupons lined up so that I got $40 worth of stuff for $17 PLUS $9 back in rewards! Awesome. I confess that it included a couple of things I didn't technically need, but was more than willing to get for free. (Battery-operated toothbrush and concealer, for what it's worth.)

I cannot bring myself to try for coupons. Even ones I get handed to me for things I buy all the time I somehow manage not to use. I am kind of in awe of stuff like that. It's wizardry.

Our Meijer does a thing where if you spend $X in a certain category in 4 weeks, you get $Y off your next trip. Like, spend $500 overall in 4 weeks, get $10 off. Or, spend $50 on pet products, get $5 off. We actually rack up a lot of discounts that way.
