Good luck, Strix.
I schlepped myself to the doctor. My vitals were all fine, but they suspect I might have a touch of pneumonia. So chest X-ray and a prescription for a puffer, in case I need it. They also recommended taking Tylenol with codeine before bed as a cough suppressant.
I was in and out of the X-ray place in less than an hour.
The pic doesn't show the full house, and I think it was taken a few weeks ago, when nothing was looking cheerful outside. And I'd plant annuals, etc.
1:10. I've made it through several hours without explodinating.
Meep, Sue, take care of yourself!
House~ma coming and going for Strix and PMM
Lee and I are at the Welcome Apartments in Reykjavik (thanks for the rec, Jesse) - after our teeny tiny cabin it feels so spacious! Unfortunately, we both got hit with some kind of bug so exploring will pretty much have to wait for tomorrow, but I have already found that to get to the grocery store I go up hill to the Chuck Norris Grill and turn left. Cracking me up.
Boo, bug! But yay Welcome Apartments!
That sums it up pretty well.
I still have the plastic bag from Bonus in my plastic-bag-bag, but I never use it. I just smile when I pull it out!
So I did drop one ball last week. Oops. I know exactly what happened, and luckily I don't think it's a huuuuge deal, but STILL.
I'm also having a Monday. I woke up all miserable and sinus migraine-y, so I went back to sleep and came into work late. I'm nitpicking myself instead of giving myself gold stars, probably because I'm still not feeling good. NOAA is reporting that we got something like 5.8 inches of snow in my neighborhood.
