Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy first day of Spring! Well, at least the snow we got today should melt quickly. Especially since temps are supposed to be near 60 tomorrow.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I'm vibing hard for Strix and ridiculously anxious for her to check in again. I so want good things for her and D and M.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hooray! It's now Spring for us Northern Hemisphere folks.

Things:

99% positive it was stylist's boyfriend.

Got a fb message from someone I don't know. It's an old friend of my neighbor, B. A little concerned they haven't heard from him since his 50th, but they can tell from previous posts that I live nearby & do stuff with him, can I tell him to ping them? I'm able to reassure them he's alive and kicking and I'd just said hi to him an hour ago, he's ok, I'll tell him, he's probably just off fb. And no, really, not terribly weird at all. Believe me. Seriously, I get it big time.

High probability of baby goats tomorrow.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm going to be leaving this apartment at the end of the school year (end of May). Since I don't yet have a new job for next year, I'm going to be staying with my parents for at least a few months during the summer while I find a new job and then get a new place to live near that new job, wherever it is. I'm trying to figure out how to organize all my stuff for this. I think I'll need to put some of my furniture and things like that into storage for that time. My couch and bed are both twelve years old, and really not in great shape, so I might donate those and get new ones when I get a new place. But I really have no idea what to do with clothes and books and stuff like that, where I don't know which stuff I'll need because I don't know how long it'll be before I find a new place. Any suggestions on how to organize all this?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Do your parents have a place to park a pod or something?

Hmm. Possibly. But it looks like then I'd have to hire people to load all my furniture into it.
