Ugh, now I'm hungry and have no snack food in my apartment. I do, however, have a microwaveable container of bourbon chicken, which I hope isn't too disgusting to eat.

Massaged kale with avocado is the bomb. Put olive oil and salt on raw kale, put in freezer bag, take out aggressions/relax the kale with deep tissue (depending on mood). Add avocado. Use fork to fend off all potential salad thieves.
Steph and/or anyone else who has used mashed avocado in place of some of the mayo in egg and other salads, is the mayo sufficient for keeping the avocado from going brown over time? At work yesterday, I made a splendid tuna salad with avocado and mayo - served over romaine, with a cucumber/tomato/balsamic salad around the tuna. The people I put it in front of loved it, even the one who wasn't sure she liked avocado. I'm wondering about how well it would work to use leftovers of the avocado/tuna for the next day's lunches.
Mine was: whatever was lying around.
"Honey, have you seen the cat anywhere?"
Andi, I'm not sure, because we usually eat it up so quickly there aren't leftovers. Sorry.
Can't say I'm surprised about that.

Oh hey. That does sound good.
Way back in the day when I as working for Imagineering there was an acronym book for Disney. It was probably 30+ pages. Every single attraction, restaurant, building, etc in every single park has a unique acronym. For example, when I was working on Space Mountain it was DL-SPAC. Then terminology like THRC which is Theoretical Hourly Ride Capacity, and it just went on and on.
It does not surprise me, for some reason, that Imagineers would be acronym-happy.
THRC at least makes sense to me -- it's got to be a measure they talk about a lot, and spelling it out is long.
I totally brought Steph's rule about no abbreviations unless it's in the piece five times to my staff meeting -- did I say that yesterday? We liked it!
