I was in a car for nine hours yesterday (round trip for a meeting a Clemson University) and today I drive to Arlington. But by tonight I should be caught up on Welcome to Night Vale! Calli, we can finally talk about it!
Wow.. Lots of professional rearrangement going on these past couple weeks.
My big irritation is my lapse in insurance so I can't pick up meds to go to the ER if needed (I"m one awkward fall away, but it's Friday, I can make it to big D day).

Today I swear I'm taking care of several annoying-unto-Onerous tasks. Preferably before 10 AM, even. Then I can slack, right?
Imagine that being your life??? I could pay for the procedure out of pocket because all the acans and diagnoses had been covered before. Plus, I'm re-sumbitting once my carriers have me back in the paper work.
But I'm still favouring the left, and I'm LUCKY. For some people this is/was life.
Oh, and I gotta get FSA all organised.

What's to forget? How did you fail at popsicles??

Couldn't get them out of the mold. I think it was a combination of not enough sugar and not seating the sticks correctly before they started freezing so the force I applied in an effort to remove the popsicles was redirected into the sides (increasing friction, yadda yadda yadda). Fancy quick freezing thing is less forgiving than a plastic mold stuck in the freezer overnight, it seems. The price I pay for less delayed gratification. With a little luck, this lesson will stick and I will have to find some new way to fail.
Ooh, it sounds like OXO is going to send me a new shelf! After just one email! They did ask for photos, which is an incredible testament to the modern world.

I got up, packed for my trip to Arlington, left the house late, drove to the next city over, got lost, was interviewed by our local NPR station about being a sustainer, drove back in rush hour traffic, and got to work about 40 minutes late, and I was STILL the first person in the office by at least a half hour. I have no idea how this is possible.

I was on various highways yesterday at odd times, and I really don't understand it. The traffic was terrible at 3pm! Do that many people work a slightly early shift? Or just blow out of work early? Unclear.
And I'm leaving at noon! LATERS.
