So my back downspout is frozen up to halfway,but water is stilll coming off the roof, pouring out the joins. Hoping the warmup in 12 hrs means I don't have to redo my plaster job. Hasn't done this since the epic 2010 blizzards that ruined that wall in the first place. Good news is that it isn't epic ice on brick, just streams of water on the pipe, ice below first floor. And 40 tomorrow.
One of these days, I buy pipe tape.

Well, we had an offer on the house tonight. They viewed it at 7 and wanted up to make a decision at 10pm. NOPE. We have people who are coming back tomorrow who are interested in a second look and are making noises about making an offer.
