I think I'm done shoveling. Cleared my car off, everything I'd done before with Anna's help, helped the lady across the street unearth her stairs(that side got the drift) and finished up for Randy down the street so he wouldn't stroke out. Now just to hope for sun.
I can feel the aches starting.
Plei, that really all sucks.
My guy was recommended to me by a good friend, she and her husband have been working with him for a few years and they're happy. He seems smart and savvy and honest. And he works on commission, so you're not paying him. If you want his details, hit me up by email. He'll work with people long-distance, he lives in Iowa and I'm in Virginia.
Plei, you are not alone: [link]
Ha!
Well, they're barking up so many wrong trees there. Dude, it's fucking ABERDEEN. You're not going to rake in enough tourist bucks there to justify anything over market rate for that shithole.
People end up watching HGTV because there's fuckall else on tv, don't they.
Pretty much. When I'm tired of playing confirmation bias bingo with Finding Bigfoot and Ancient Aliens, HGTV is my go to.
And it's really easy to half-watch.
Unfortunately, they're doing a marathon of "Rich white people move to Spanish-speaking places."
Ok guys. I qualify for an FHA on my own. I'm 12 credit points shy of a conventional loan. My main issue is the lack of credit use in the last 6 years (as expected). Her suggestion was to get a secured credit card, use if for gas/pay it off. And possibly by the time we get to escrow we may be able to switch from FHA to conventional. If not - I should be able to refi within 6 months to conventional.
So talk to me about the difference. I kind of understood and she is sending me worksheets but I haven't gotten them.
I was surprised how fast a credit score can change with adding accounts and paying down existing debt. 12 points sounds very doable.
