We can come by between classes. Usually I use that time to copy over my class notes with a system of different colored pens. But it's been pointed out to me that that's, you know...insane.

ND, not that it helps, but I've been in Excel for the last 7 hours and I'm no where near where I had hoped to be at this point. Arrrrrggggg. The contracting group at Pacific Gas & Electric can bite me.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Maybe a quarter of the lawn left to mow.

It is not nearly as big a yard as it sounds like from how long it takes me to mow it.

Whereas I was shoveling slush and am watching ice build up on everything.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I was supposed to go to the big flea market today but my niece cancelled so instead I did the dishes and vacuumed and booked a flight for a trip I'm taking with a friend.

I should probably go buy cottage cheese for TNG.

Calling the yard mowed. Good enough. Pretty much all out of Will to Be Productive, although there's certainly plenty I should still be doing.

Our wings are not tired

I got one of my onerous tasks done, now I'm moving onto the next set of them.

I'm also wondering how my inbox is back up over 200 messages, when I just got it down to 50 less than 36 hours ago. These aren't unread, these are just un-filed. I get so much email across so many accounts that I have to really keep on top of filing it into electronic folders or I don't stand a chance to find things.

ND, not that it helps, but I've been in Excel for the last 7 hours and I'm no where near where I had hoped to be at this point.

I know that feeling far too well. I seem to find myself staring at spreadsheets and databases far too often for someone with two art degrees.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I really fine with all this rain, but you know what I hate? Finding out the hard way that there's a leak in one of the walls. ugh.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I am once again attempting to clean and organize my house. How is it that I do this every couple weeks, but the house never quite gets clean and organized? I don't have the energy/stamina/focus to tear through the place and do it all in a weekend, and doing "a little bit at a time" seems to just keep me bailing as the flood rushes in the boat.

I feel you, Zen. Fortunately, I'm at a stage of "Once I get rid of X, I will never have to deal with X again." It's the dishes and laundry that oppress me.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Thank goodness I was talking to my mother about work, because I came up with exactly the thing I was missing! It still needs more work, but not more than I can do tomorrow, so that's good.
