Scarlet Johansson's dress is perfect and I adore that color. But the necklace? yay or nay?

I thought the necklace was part of the dress! Ordinarily I would think it was too much, but since the dress is simple, I say it works. And Scarlett has the carriage to wear it without it wearing her, so to speak.
