Woke from a brief nap incubating a nasty headache. Guess that's the incoming front.

Aren't movie theaters always open?
I mostly wonder about tomorrow -- they're shutting down public transportation, but most people will probably stay home, so an employee could drive if need be, and of course there are plenty of potential customers in walking distance.
You could call and ask, probably.
Oh yeah -- I will definitely be able to find out! And honestly, the odds I want to do anything tomorrow are pretty low. Monday will be fine.
Why is vacuuming so hard? It's just pushing a 10-pound thing around on wheels. But I always work up a sweat and then have to rest for half an hour.
In other unanswerable existential questions, why does my sister always come over when my house is a horrible mess? Why don't I clean more often? How can three cats produce this much fur?
Yay Spiderman and Finn!
I just came back from another round of painting. Wow, did the last tenant ever screw over the landlord. The bright orange walls took two coats of primer before we could even think about painting them, and the teal and navy patterned walls are just about as bad. On one hand, I'm getting paid by the hour, so yay money. But there's no way the security deposit was enough to cover the paint, supplies, and my time, so the landlord is definitely eating costs associated with the ex-tenant's creative impulses. And since I like the friend of a friend for whom I'm working, I'm a bit miffed on her behalf.
Oh well. It gets me out of the apartment. And my painting skills are definitely improving, in that I'd never painted anything before.
I want to see pictures of Finn and (possibly) Spidey! Awww, kittens.
I am so ready to be over this flu. I've hit the fidgety and bored stage.
We biked to the farmer's market . on the way home we stopped for coffee, rani nto some friends and blocked the road with bicycles, then other friends with cars and bikes , then stopped at the corner store for eggs and chatted with neighbors in the court. I know we need rain, but I can't hate this weather. however, if it keeps up I might have to because my allergies are going to drive me crazy
eta: yay for Finn and Spidey
mac mac mac. he is currently at the comic book store for his first ever time playing yu gi oh card game with strangers. when I left he was looking at comic books, not going to the tables to find a game, but whatever, he has a phone. the mac mac mac part comes in because I was looking in his room for the book he just finished and I pick up the kleenex box and it seems VERY heavy. yeah, there is a contraband GameBoy Advanced in there. HE IS CURRENTLY BANNED FROM ELECTRONICS AND forever in my house banned from handheld games. This is not OUR game.
I have decided to not say anything about it, I just kept it. He can figure out whether it is best to come clean with me or deal with whomever it belongs to.
The groundings may never end for this one.
Oh, msbelle. Sympathies.
Bright orange, teal, and navy? The mind reels.
Everything that the dishwasher can wash for me is cleaned. It'll be handwashing time pretty soon.
