What ball pit situation? I'm thinking of that sweet sweet hour of free ball pit time at Ikea, but I think it must be something else?

It's the big takeaway from the Dash Con debacle. When ticketholders for a promised event were told it wasn't happening, they were told they could have an extra hour in the ball pit to make up for it, the ball pit apparently being a kiddie pool randomly filled with balls.
