We are negotiating about price on our house after inspection. Should be finalized by Thursday. I think. I think it's going to go through. We had all kinds of shenanigans, including it snowing on the day they were supposed to inspect the roof (hint: if the roof has snow on it, they cannot inspect it. Especially if it is slate which cannot be walked on.)

I actually think the more waterproof ones are cuter, and considering all this snow is eventually going to melt, I would go with those.
