I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

There is nothing to stop me from filling my front yard with topiary! My horizons just widened considerably.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I'll talk nutrition for hors, but 1) it is all about me and 2) i have diabetes- unless you are looking at my numbers on a regular basis - i know better than you . I avoided a work health seminar because I would argue with the presenters. I will not bring you binders.

That's just odd.

and peace ma~~ to those with stupid and bad days. I've forgotten who and what ,because I had a rage day. My library is now caught up in 'the library is getting rid of too many books' scandal. I almost had a little control over my part of the collection .

sigh

I promise you your local library does not want to throw away good books

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

The puppies are adorable.

The books I've seen at library book sales are the opposite of new. It stands to reason that they have to rotate the stock a bit. I for darn sure do not want my local library to start looking like my favorite history professor's office - books in shelves lining the walls everywhere but the door and window, books on his desk, books under his desk, books on the floor, books on the chairs. If you wanted to talk with him long enough that you'd like to sit down, you had to hold a stack of books on your lap. That's fine for a brilliant, eccentric, and otherwise admirable professor, but it's no way to run a library. So it's either make choices and get rid of some older books or never have new ones.
