Ugh, I have a long to-do list today, most of which is related to cleaning the house for my likely houseguest tomorrow night. Although I wonder if she'll actually make it, given that we're supposed to get a foot of snow tomorrow. At least my house will be clean! So far, I have cleaned the bathroom. Now I'm going to do one of my two work tasks.

Other than the weekly grocery run, I have no plans today. It's been a quiet weekend.
I should already be cleaning, but I am still working on having breakfast. So it goes.
I had been hoping for a snow day, but am just as pleased to get a rain day. I'm going to stay at home and be lazy today. I'll probably do some laundry to fend off my sense of guilt at the idea of being completely unproductive, but beyond that - nada.
In other news, I treated myself to some cream-top yogurt. Blueberry-cardamom. YUM.
Snowing like crazy out there. I need to do some cleaning and laundry and stuff but that's about it.
Work task complete! Now I think it's time to try to deal with the ice out front. My new strategy involves using the metal garden shovel.

Metal shovel was a good call! Now I'm waiting a bit for the sun to move, and having second breakfast. Or is it technically elevenses now? I could vacuum.
