I need to get better (and cheaper) Internet. I need to do battle with my car insurance to get better discounts. Because I drive so much, not. Though it is entirely likely that I will be moving to a different building in a couple years (lisah, the Rotunda.) It'll lengthen my commute a whole .3 miles and about a minute, total. Space isn't finished, so no idea of it will be an improvement. Convenient to a good booze store, a grocery, my nearest atm, the business st in Hampden. I hate change. I'm also less than thrilled at not being co-located with my hardware. It might not even happen, we've had about 4 different rounds of housing plans in as many years that haven't come to fruition. I'm out of fucks.

My health insurance has similar cash back, but I resent the fuck out of it and don't want to feed that model of insurance. The point of the insurance pool is to equalize to hedge towards the middle, not the extremes. Though I'd really like to be able to pay my Y membership of of my fsa, or something. can you transfer things from your dvd to computer? I can do that with TiVO. and send those disks back and get off the netflix disk program, that will save some money.

No, I can't transfer from the DVR to anything, as far as I can tell, unless I hook up the output to a computer and record "live" onto hard drive. I am theoretically technically capable but it would be a hassle and a half.

I do want to watch the discs I have, I just haven't gotten to it in forever.

But, yeah, good suggestion. Will have to give it serious consideration.

So I've scheduled myself to buy a fridge on Saturday, a 10 cu ft small thing that should be perfect for two people. Plus a working freezer for the first time in years! This will completely change the way I handle cooking. So now I get to organize delivery and dumping the old fridge. Time to clean the fridge!
