A townhome would be a fantastic fit for what I'd like. Less yard would be a big plus. I kill cacti.

I've always thought of SA as SA. I think when I met you f2f I wondered briefly if I'd need to call you by some other name, and then Plei introduced you as SA and that was that.
I feel terrible tonight, not sure if I'm getting sick or just worn out or what. Tummy hurts, head is fuzzy. But I promised a friend (old college friend of mine who now lives in upstate NY) that I'd read a story of hers, so I'll do that and then bed.

I do wish you lived closer. I would invite you over for wine ALL THE TIME. And Maria too, she'd be over as well.
I also think I remember your Stor from World Crossing. I pretty much remember everyone like that- Victor is a chef, Jesse is a cowgirl, Dana is Elijah Woods etc.
Who was toasting with a glass of champagne?
teleportation would be so handy.
We had to explain that SA's name is, in fact, SA to Lilly.
I'm not sure why we had to explain that, but SA was there and can confirm that this came up.
I should note she's known SA, what, her whole life?
Dana is Elijah Woods
I loved that Stor. Wasn't Matt Lindsay and his evil hand?

Alas... But I will have guest room space again (or at least that is a goal). I've played with my expenses over the last year enough and have cried over that. Next up is to talk with my credit union to see what we need to do to get pre-approved and how long escrow tends to run here.
Wait, I thought I was getting msbelle!
My friend is gonna rent her house for at least a year before thinking sale (maybe longer if tenants go well.) It's a 1929, slightly bigger than mine, 3 bdr plus nursery room/wardrobe room. Basement is huge and with really high ceilings, higher than mine and you could drop a ceiling in mine and it still wouldn't feel basementy short. Hers is like 15'. Or more. Cavernous. As is, new owner would probably want to add a bath and finish the basement. Kitchen is about a decade old, so no guilt at redoing it (functional and fine, but nothing special. Except dishwasher. Which is special in these houses.)
Just saying, msbelle...
