Yeah, it's a saucer magnolia. (I kind of don't like it. It is TOO BIG and makes the whole yard very shady. But we'll see.)

(Also, the agent kept talking about the magnolia, and I internally got all southern snobby and was like, "this may be called a magnolia by you Ohioans, but I have lived in a house in Georgia with a magnolia, and this is not that!")
